We’ve been fortunate enough to onboard a lot of new customers in the past year, and with every customer we are reinvigorated in our mission. It makes us feel good to see so many customers gain access very affordably to chromatography techniques like LC and GC that were badly needed. Some of our customers are very experienced chromatographers who really enjoy the simplicity and durability of our systems, and some of our customers are new to chromatography or less familiar with the techniques and need a system that is easy to operate. And we have been fortunate enough to provide the entire spectrum of users across multiple different industries the chromatography solutions they were looking for.
