We don’t know if they’re coming back…

We’re not really sure if they’re coming back or not.  The Dans have been having such a good time in Europe that they might just decide to extend their stay indefinitely.  They’ve travelled through a handful of countries over the past 2 weeks and they’ve met with lots of customers, prospects, and colleagues who represent and support Lucidity products throughout Europe.

What’s clear is that Lucidity has a thriving business in Europe and it’s growing rapidly.  We’ve met a lot of current customers during this visit who are very happy with their Lucidity products and are using them every day whether in a quality control setting or in a research function, whether in a manufacturing company, R&D center, or university.  The benefits they see are the same as their North American counterparts: low upfront price and cost of ownership, small footprint, durability, low energy consumption, and extremely simple operation.  These features allow chromatography to be adopted by and effectively used by a much larger audience, allowing more reliable testing in more places, which is badly needed.

We’ve also been able to spend quite a bit of time with our European representatives increasing their knowledge of and familiarity with the Lucidity products, allowing them to provide the highest level of support to our customers, which is a core belief of ours.  We are only as successful as our customers.
