Free chromatography software for everyone!

We recently interacted with a prospect who was looking at buying a new HPLC because the cost of getting their old HPLC up and running with the latest software was shockingly high.  This is a recurring theme that we encounter repeatedly, which has guided our philosophy in charging for software.

Our software is free.  Always has been, always will be.  We’ve bought chromatography systems before and nothing drives you nuts more than when have to pay to upgrade software you’ve already purchased.  Or when you have to pay more for more people to use the software.  Or when you see a line item in your new system purchase for thousands of dollars when you’re already paying tens of thousands of dollars for the instrument.

That’s why we provide our chromatography software to our customers for free when they purchase a system from us.  No matter how many users, no matter how many computers they wish to install it on, no matter how many years they use it, no matter how often they update to the latest version.  Free.
