We’ve shipped 100 systems!

We did it.  And it’s been a heckuva year!  We shipped our 100th system just a couple of weeks ago.

The popularity of our GC and LC continue to increase as more and more users get their hands on our systems and start using them.  Nothing makes us feel better than the excitement in our users’ voices when they talk about what they’re doing with our systems, and we hear how happy they are with their experience.  Whether it’s the ease of setup, the simplicity of operating the systems, or the method and applications support they receive from our hard working chemists, our customers are some of the happiest out there.  And that’s not by accident.  Everything we do from the design of our systems, the continual improvement of the systems, the ongoing creation of training videos, and the free support we offer, is with one goal in mind: customer satisfaction.  We don’t just want our customers to be happy – we want them to be thrilled and wowed.
