We’re running out of chemists…
It seemed like a great idea to ship a chemist out with each GC-FID or LC-UV until they started flying off the shelves. Now we’re concerned we’re gonna run out of chemists. But there’s nothing better than having a “chemist in a box” along with your analytical system to help walk you through setup, operation, and troubleshooting whenever you need.
Our chemist in a box concept means our systems come with:
- Instructional Videos: Videos that are only a few minutes long each and organized by topic walking you through the setup and operation of the system (topics include: taking the system out of the box, what’s in the accessory kit, how to connect everything, creating a method, starting a run, analyzing results, and more)
- The Check Standard: Includes the check standard, preloaded check standard method, and column that allow you to confirm proper installation of the system either at setup or at any time after. The check standard method will auto analyze injections of the check standard and give you a green check mark or red X, essentially operating as an onsite chemist to determine if your system is working properly or not.
- In Software Help Videos: Throughout our chromatography software there are short help videos as if there were a chemist inside your software ready to help with whatever you need
- Free Access to our Chemists: Any time our customers are in need, they have free direct access by video chat to our chemists as if the chemists were on site with them
