Over the past couple of weeks, Daniel Nason has been touring universities all over the east coast of the US, not because he’s considering going back to college, but because he and our partners at VWR are demonstrating the Lucidity GC and LC to researchers and instructors at these universities. He’s traveled from Alabama to Pennsylvania, stopping all along the way. And because of the size, weight, and ease of use of the Lucidity products he’s actually able to bring a GC, (U)HPLC, and GAS system on site to these universities, set them up, and run live demos in a matter of minutes, so people can get a true feel of how the systems actually operate. That’s pretty unheard of for techniques as sophisticated as Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography. The analogy we like to use is that of mainframe computers to laptops. We’re able to deliver the power of traditional chromatography products to users with a significantly higher level of convenience, ease of use, and cost, much like when laptops first appeared. In fact, just like with a laptop, you can now carry your GC around under your arm, taking it from lab to lab.
Let us know if you want one of our next stops to be at your university. We can bring a GC, LC, and GAS on site and run live demos!
